Payment

When you buy on line with us, you can rest assured that your purchase is secure through our internet banking partner, World pay and insured by us until you receive it.

Delivery

Shipment is made by Royal Mail special delivery and will normally arrive within 24 - 48 hours of order placement. Unless the item ordered is a ring in a specific size or the item temporarily out of stock, at which point you will be informed of the approximate delivery date.

Returns Policy

A full refund or an exchange will be made on returns made within 10 days of receipt provided that the goods are returned as sold. Returns should be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured by the sender.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not share your information with any third party.

We will not e-mail you unless you have agreed to receive our e-mails and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Guarantee

We provide a 12month guarantee on all our jewellery against manufacturing faults. This will be invalidated if any work is undertaken on the item by a third party. Diamond loss falls outside the remit of this guarantee.

Consumer Law

Yours rights are protected by the relevant consumer protection legislation in force.
